Job Description
HR Section Head (HRSH-OI)
• Assists in the payroll function.
• Writes job descriptions, reviews, and edits job descriptions.
• Updates organization structure when needed.
• Responsible for writing/ updating policies and procedures.
• Assists in organizational development initiatives and HR projects.
Job Requirements:
Commerce/Business University Degree, HR Major.
6-9 years of practical experience in the same role.
Solid knowledge in CD, Performance Management System & Payroll fields.
Solid knowledge of Labor Law & Taxes.
Fluent English Language (written & spoken).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
