Job Description
For an international entertainment/ Retail company located in Cairo,
“Compensation and Benefits Analyst”
is required.
Job Description:
– Support the Total Rewards in communication and implementation of the salary &benefits per operating companies &countries.
– Point of reference for all the salary &benefits, reward &recognition that the organization has in all the country where is based.
– Work closely with HCBP’s to understand compensation and benefits in several countries.
– Prepare and submit global data surveys when required. (Kornferry, TW, AON)
– Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for the management team.
– Preparing and updating job descriptions and occupational classifications.
– Ensuring the company is compliant with state and federal laws.
– Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees, talent Acquisition team, and Business Unit Human Capital.
– Run Merit and Bonus cycles annually.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
– From 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position.
– Fluent English.
– Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
